Chlorination of water system

 Our company specializes in chlorination systems with natrium hypochlorite and liquid chlorine. Using natrium hypochlorite mixes for disinfecting the drinking water has its advantages over liquid chlorine for example: it does not require high pressure containers and barrels for transportation, which reduces risks of accidents where dangerous chemicals can be released in the atmosphere.  Natrium hypochlorite hydrolysis in water and produces chlorine acids which are strong disinfectants.   We use different concentrations of natrium hypochlorite to achieve different levels of disinfection in different type of situations, main component of these mixtures is chlorine and percentage. 


 Natrium hypochlorite is an unstable substance which dissolves if exposed to light and warm temperature. Speed of dissolving is as high as concentration of chlorine in the mix. Therefore to reduce loses its recommended to use low concentration mixtures and save them in specially designated areas with no sunlight and low temperature. Calculating saving time and usage periods we mainly use 100-150 G/L active chlorine in our mixtures which reduces total loses of the active substance to less than 1%. Chlorination systems using natrium hypochlorite can be different by specifications and little technical details but main process is mostly the same. Firstly high concentration mixture of hypochlorite is  diluted to reduce the effect and only then its supplied to the water sources. Below there are 2 options we commonly use: 


A) From the container of the concentrated solution of hypochloride, the pump-dosage  provides sodium hypochloride solution in small quantity. The same mixing reservoir is supplied with water solution from the water-pump reservoir through the diluted solution. In the mixing volume is formed by a certain concentration of hydrochloride concentration, which, in turn, will flow into the reservoir from which the motorway is supplied. In the case of water supply in the reservoir (filler water) and water supply speeds supplied to the motorway from the reservoir permanently, e. Found. The constant water level in the reservoir will be permanent to the speed of hypochlorite and the number of residual chlorine in the water supplied to the mains. In this case there will be only need of a periodic control of the system. 

ბ) This scheme shows chlorination of the water source with (pressure is more than atmospheric) sodium hypochlorite. Hydrochloride concentrated mixture from the water source is supplied to the mixer through another pump and after that the mixed solution returns to the water source. the dose is supplied with water from the water, supplying it from the diluted solutions pump to the back of the pipe. If the voltage speed of the water in the motorway is constant, the speed of hypochloride delivery will be permanent.

When the water consumption is permanent, the residual chlorine analyzer that has a pump-dose management function (regulates the supply of the pump-dose supplied by the required amount of water in the water) is not required. 


The remote control system provides the ability to control the process of discharging, calibration of the devices, and checking the hypochlorite supply on the Internet, so the output is not limited. In addition, the remote control system has an integrated video camera that allows to visualize the ongoing processes. Remote control system is necessary for dyslexation systems that do not serve the operator (will be served by wide periodicity).











































 Delivery of sodium hypochloride solution is for periodic maintenance. A reservoir of concentrated solution is filled from the reservoir placed on auto transport. If the frequency of the distillation occurs frequently, the amount of concentrated solution is calculated to contain the maximum concentration solution of -150 g / L and in such a way that the loss is minimal.

 Our systems include polyethylene pipes and reservoirs, highly reliable peristaltic pumps (American - Chinese manufacturing, LabV), other chlorine automated analyzers (English, or American, Q45H / 62 -63 series), water pumps (German, Italian, and Antarctic Production) , Regulating armament made of polyethylene, remote control standard I.  Systems (MODBUSRS - 485, night vision cameras).


 The concrete system of the system is carried out according to the existing terms and conditions of the outsourcer.

It is well known that the chlorine consumption depends on the specific water, the same amount of chlorine, the same volume of water, and if it is obtained from the sheet, it will need a different chlorine.
